The hotel had a very central setting close to all the shops and restaurants. It was just off the city center, grocery stores, and sightseeing locations.

This place was mind-blowing! The location was super central, with all the shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The laneway setup was jaw-dropping, owned by the letting agency, making it ideal for non-car visitors. The price was excellent and the shared kitchen and living room were surprisingly acceptable. The new furnished shared bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Although there were a few downsides, like the lack of professionalism in not responding to messages or issuing a refund, overall it was a great stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an amazing time at this venue; it was nicely decorated with good internet, the room was very spacious and had a perfectly clean bathroom, and the bed was comfortable for a perfect sleep.

For the price, it was a great value and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Eyre Square and easy to explore on foot. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making check-in and communication a breeze.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, with more variety and options to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at Eyre Square Lane Budget Rooms. The location was perfect, right in the city center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom was modern and had good water pressure. The staff was responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
